''Bingo-Master's Break-Out!'' is the debut EP by English post-punk band The Fall. It was released on 11 August 1978 through record label Step-Forward. The EP failed to chart in either the UK Singles Chart or the UK Indie Singles Chart. == Background ==
The EP is the first studio output by the band, excluding a Peel session that they had recorded on 30 May earlier in 1978. The Fall had already dismissed original drummer Steve Ormrod by that time. On ''Bingo-Master's Break-Out!'', Tony Friel had already left the band and was replaced by Marc Riley. Before the following single "It's the New Thing" was issued, Una Baines had been replaced by Yvonne Pawlett. A fourth track, titled "Frightened", was set to appear on this EP, but it was not deemed up to scratch by frontman Mark E. Smith.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=The Fall Online – Discography: Singles & Albums )〕 A different recording later surfaced on the band's debut album, ''Live at the Witch Trials'', and the original is now believed lost.
